When the magic-user casts this spell, he creates an irrefutable suspicion in
the eyes of onlookers with regard to the victim of the spell. Those viewing the
spell recipient will he convinced beyond any doubt that the he is responsible
for some act or crime as desired by the spell caster. The caster need only accuse
the victim of a crime and others will believe him and act accordingly.
After the duration expires, those affected by the spell may re-evaluate their
actions and change their mind if logic dictates such a response. Otherwise, they
might continue to believe the victim is guilty anyway. The material component
of the spell is a bit of egg white that must be tossed on the face of the victim.
